Privacy policy

Orell Healthcare Group is a dental practice in formation in Sydney, New South Wales.

The company is not yet registered. Until it is, your email address is held by Alice Whang, a dental practitioner registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Your email address, and a record that you agreed to give it to us.

That is the whole list. We do not collect your name, your telephone number, your postal address, your date of birth, any health information, or anything about your dental history, your symptoms, or the treatment you might be interested in. We do not ask, and the form has nowhere to put it.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not know who you are before you tell us, and afterwards we know only your email address.

To tell you when Orell opens and when appointments become available.

That is the only purpose. We will not use your address for anything else. We will not sell it, rent it, trade it, or give it to anyone for their own marketing.

Joining the list is not a request for treatment and does not make you a patient. Nothing you receive from us before you attend in person is clinical advice.

Your email address is held by Resend, an email delivery provider, on servers in the United States.

This is a disclosure to an overseas recipient, and Australian privacy law requires us to be direct with you about what that means. Once your address is disclosed to Resend in the United States, we are not required to take steps to ensure Resend handles it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, and Resend may not be subject to any law that would give you a way to seek redress. By joining the list you consent to that disclosure on those terms.

If you would rather not have your address held overseas, do not join the list. Contact us directly instead and we will make a note by other means.

Until you leave the list, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you.

Email us at info@orell.health. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Email us at info@orell.health and tell us what happened. We will acknowledge within five business days and respond within 30 days.

If we do not resolve it, or you are not satisfied with how we did, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Orell Healthcare Group Pty Ltd is expected to be registered in September 2026. When it is, the list transfers to the company and this policy is updated to name it.

The purpose will not change. Your address will still only be used to tell you when we open.

Any change is posted here with a new date. If a change materially affects how we use your address, we will email you before it takes effect.
